During term:
I go to bed at 10.30 every night and usually fall asleep at around 11.45. Outside of term: I go to bed anywhere between 3 and 6 AM and fall asleep immediately. I'm a nocturnal being. I tend to sleep through most of the day when I can. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
