I follow the old maxim of "it's always in the last place you look", because, well, why the hell would you keep looking after it's found?
If it's something I need for class I just say "oh fuck it" and wing it when I get there. However, say it's something I actually want, I'll think back to the last time I used/saw it and work from there. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
