The UI is indeed horrible, but then again, so was Red Steel's at first. As for graphics...

I'll agree, it's not exactly great, but it looks nice in scenes such as that.

PS controller is about as comfortable as holding a hedgehog. No, wait, less. 360, Xbox (duke and Controller S) and GCN are actually very well designed and they're shaped to be held by human hands. The PS controller is angular as hell, the analogue sticks are IMPOSSIBLE to retain a grip on, the "analogue" face buttons are trash - I would have been deluded into thinking they were digital lest I'd been told.

GCN controller = One of the most comfortable I've ever held. The single flaw I can bring up is just how shitty it actually is for fighting games, and to a much lesser extent, FPS.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Paid another £30 on my Wii yesterday... Which means I have £70 left.

Is it actually at all likely that they've oversold pre-orders in the UK? I have a feeling not too many people in Canterbury are going to be ecstatically excited over a) buying a Nintendo system, b) purchasing it on launch day or c) buying it in HMV, so I get the feeling I won't need to appear at nine in the morning to pick it up.

Yeah, that's been announced for some time. Looks neat, but I'm anticipating Rune Factory a whole lot more.

Famitsu gave it 33, so I'm not apprehensive. However, I've heard the current HM

S title is glitched up beyond playability so I'm going to give that one a pass. Besides; Rune Factory is "Harvest Moon with a sword", which is already intriguing enough if you don't consider the fact that it's also WFC compatible.

What's more is that PAL territories are getting it before the US. Whehay.

Yeah I just tried this and it WORKED. The one PAL cube game I have (Resident Evil) is a gateway to very yes.

I'll probably stick with my freeloader all the same though. Hasslesaved.
