Use Orbit Downloader (http://www.orbitdownloader.com/) with Internet Explorer. Sometimes it works with Firefox, but sometimes not.
Download it Install Orbit Go to the website using IE Hover over the video with your mouse Select "Grab Video by Orbit" New window will pop up with the website inside Play the video and the flv file will show on the list at the bottom half of that window Save flv Jam it back in, in the dark.
