Yep, I was in the same sleep pattern a couple of weeks ago. I fell asleep around 3-4 am. The way I fixed it was I woke up at 7 am one day so I was able to fall asleep around midnight that day. I've tried staying up all night before to achieve the same thing, but I always end up falling asleep way too early and messing up my sleep schedule even more. The key is getting that 3 to 4 hours of sleep to be able to make it to midnight where you can reset your sleep schedule.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
