I have to agree with Klaus. Lord knows if the couch was cracker white, every lame-ass comedian from here to the ends of the earth would be using it for fuel in the equally lame-ass comedy shtick. Double standard much?

I agree that the woman is wrong for suing, especially since it was a friggin accident, but I don't agree with "it's just a word."
