Could you manage your own money?

I have gotten better over time. There ARE times when I splurg, but usually it's either a.) small things or b.) if it's a big thing then it's holiday/birthday related. Part of it is just that I have certain things I must pay for and so I have to keep track of my money.

However, my brother is a real saver. Seriously, he lives with my rents, and I thin k the only purchase he has made in the last two years has been a PSP, Smackdown Vs Raw 06, and a Game Shark or whatnot. I would say there is more, but I haven't heard of any and when I visited him for a month last year, I can't remember him spending much of anything.
