Hm, my previous job people could get a bit nasty. We'd have to call people to do surveys, and some of them ripped us apart. Most thought that since they were on the 'Do-Not-Call' list, they would immediately receive no calls despite it saying in black and white that surveys were allowed.
We couldn't talk back to them, but if it got to be too much, we were allowed to hang up on them. We would just say, "Thank you for your time. Good-bye." and then click-up on them. Most amazing jew boots |
