I sacrificed time to make sure i got the major I wanted.

When I went to my second university (I graduated from one and then was able to transfer my credits to continue at a second), they told me that my major was full. They said, 'Well, you can come in next year, but as a business major. You can then switch majors next fall and take some of your minor classes (for whatever reason, they would not allow me to take any classes relating to my minor by itself at this time)". I decided to just wait until the next fall to ensure I was accepted into my major. So that resulted in me not being able to take classes for my minor, hence slowing me down a bit.
