Same with me... Intelligence seems to reign over my common sense. It happens alot for me.
When it comes to friends asking me for help, I'd usually know what to do in that certain situation. When it's more of those, "Duh, it's right there" situations, that rely on the use of common sense, i'd usually miss it. <_< I'm not one to find the the obvious. I just state it.
