I'm more of a used game guy. They wouldn't be selling the game if it didn't work. But I have had a couple of bad run-ins with used games like with my struggle for Dark Cloud 2. Bastards at EB sold me a demo disc. I returned the next day demanding a refund. Then I turned to Gamestop where they had a used one. Go figure that didn't work, so I went to anothe Gamestop and just bought a new copy. Haven't had any troubles since.
