Uh well, exactly what it says in the message ;_; If she has a windows CD handy then she might be able to get her stuff back, though the repair console (the thing you'll end up at following those instructions) left me wondering what the piss to do

. This happened to me a while back on an old drive / install of windows. I just took out my drive and put it in another pc and copied over the files it said it was missing, though once I fixed that, it was something else that was missing or corrupt. Eventually it just wouldn't do anything at all >_>.
It's a possible sign that her drive is dying, which is never nice news. If she can get some nerd with spare bits over there to backup all her stuff on the drive, and maybe then start fresh with a new one or something, then eek.
