 The DC handgun ban in itself is complete idiocy. DC has one of the highest crime rates in the nation as a result of this ban. Throughout history, anywhere that has undergone rigorous gun ownership legislation changes (restricting ownership) or banning results in crime rates increasing. How ya doing, buddy?
