Supposedly, if this sells well, then Squenix will look in to releasing FM5 state-side. The problem with 3 & 4 has to do with neither receiving much advertisement. If it received that, the series would be golden state-side.

Plus the PS3 doing shitty is giving the PS2 more life. Hopefully this'll sell nicely and FM5 will get a go-ahead in a grab for cash.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
Hey, maybe you should try that thing Chie was talking about.

Well, FM is aimed at an older age bracket. Anyone's younger brother could hop in to FFX-2, and any perverted teenager could fap to Yuna's hot-pants.

Whereas FM games require a more rigorous translation. This is one reason why X-seed won't touch it (aside from Square of America possibly having a death-grip on it), I'm afraid. If it could be advertised, it'd get attention. SRPGs are big thanks to Nippon Ichi, and mecha games are always good.

Am I the only guy who didn't find FM4 as dull? I was so damn hungry for a FM follow-up to 3 that I absolutely loved it. I wish the two paths combined eventually, though...

There's nowhere I can't reach.

The first installment is really good, actually. Don't dismiss it because it's a SNES title; the system had some REAL gems.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
