I dinged a car when I was driving with a parent back when I was 14 or 15. The truck was old, didn't have correction on the steering (the wheel always felt "loose"), and I think maybe the brakes went out. That or I got nervous and somehow missed the brake.
Either way, I dinged into the back left side of a parked car by under-correcting and turning too sharply. Some dude was near the front, leaning against it and smoking. Nailed the car and he just stood there calmly, smoking the cigarette >_>
Found out that it was his girlfriend's car -- and to make matters worse, he didn't speak English. Had to wait on his girl to get out and get her information.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
