How to resize images in photoshop/paintshop pro
I've tried resizing several images in both programs, but whenever I increase their size, they became very pixelated. If I zoom in on the picture to enlarge it however, there is far less pixelation. I've played around with all the options in the resize menu, but the image still comes out pixelated no matter what I do. Does anyone know what's wrong?
