If you're looking for the manga then might I suggest www.stoptazmo.com they have all the chapters to date. It's a forum d/l place so you'll have to sign up though I would recommend staying out of the forums they can be a bit shitty in some of them.

In all fairness the amount of changes they've made to the story so far, I'm not sure if they'd even follow the way he gets around it in the manga. Don't get me wrong though, enjoying both immensely. It's kinda like Jet Set Radio the anime lol.
