Didn't see a power supply on that list. The Corsair 620W seems to be a favorite around here.

Although I didn't want to spend that kind of money on a PSU, much less for caring about it being quiet (I'm used to a loud PC), I assume you mean this one that is $40 off?

Yep, that's the one. Don't forget, the PSU is what's powering your entire system. Don't cheap out on it, or you could risk losing some expensive hardware. There are also many more important factors to consider when choosing a PSU, such as efficiency, voltage/rail, fan type/speed, etc. I suggest checking out this thread.
