I'll beat Qwarky to it, but this cover art for ICO ranks as one of the worst for the best. No wonder few gamers in North America know of this gem of a game.

The Castle did "act" like a penitentiary/prison for Ico and Yorda. The evil queen was one hell of a nasty warden.

I just threw away the crappy NA version and printed off the nice PAL cover. What a relief.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I don't get why Americans don't get the simple stylish covers for FF games, I preferred the simplicity of just the logo a lot more over Cloud staring at the Shinra building, or the main cast from FF IX. And I have to agree with Q, the disc artwork for FF IX is just gorgeous.

True, carrying this onto the Japanese FFXII cover with the judge is quite striking. But of course when we get the NA release, I wouldn't be surprised to find a picture of Vaan all over Penelo.
