Speaking of which, I just played my very first poker game that had money on the stakes last night. I have to say it was quite fun, and made you think twice about whether you want to check or fold with your hand. It was fun while it lasted, and it only dropped me $20, but I find it was a good experience. Saturday night poker on a weekly basis isn't something I could do right just yet, considering I'm still a newb at good strategies in card games. However, I find that more fun than slots or VLTs or the like. Those are just pull the handle and hope that your nickle, which turns eventually mounds of dollars wasted, are quite addictive I hear, and it's the instant gratification of chance, rather than strategy.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
