To tolerate being too warm, or too cold.
To tolerate being too warm, or too cold.
Just this morning I found myself shivering when I was taking out the garbage just outside the house. After that, I bolted back right into the house - Aahhh, nice and toasty warm again. I then wore a sweater and started getting to work around house chores. Just about 30 minutes later I find my back and head was working up a bit of a sweat, so I took off the sweater. It just suddently felt like a nice cool breeze.
In this thread, discuss whether you tolerate being “too cool/cold” or “too warm/hot” and state your reasons why. Note, this is NOT a thread about HOW you cool down or warm up to adjust your body temperature.
I personally would take feeling some sweat over shivering. Shivering makes me feel quite vulnerable for some reason – and is more uncomfortable when sweating. I associate shivering to sickness, while sweating is to regular physical work (despite excessive sweating is also not a very good sign). How about you?
