Yeah, basically the effects of the Second Impact, if I remember correctly. This makes me want to hasten my purchase for the Eva Platinum collection for around $80 for the thin pak (anyone can say this is good or not?).
I just found EOE to be downright depressing, despite much of the world becoming a "oneness" entity.

I feel terrible.

Gunbuster's ending was a bit more optimistic though.

Most amazing jew boots

Babar, LOL. Sorry, Blah, I found that show comical and sad at the same time You've never seen Babar???

On a related note, somehow I'm not 100% surprised about this. After the release of the recent Gunbuster 2 which was made basically 20 years after the original, I didn't doubt Anno would return to Eva in some way, shape, or form. I'm most interested in the mid-series myself, but the 4 movies does sound pretty sweet too.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I know about the 10th Anniversary collection but I see that going at over $150 USD some, so probably not. So what I'm hearing is that (correct me if I'm wrong)

THIN PAK Platinum =/= Individual released volumes of Platinum?

Basically what I want is something better than the original 1996 release of the series, since I got that and promptly returned it, sup Bigblah, remember that? GOOD DEAL SIR!

LOL.

I saw the Platinum Thin Pak for about $85 CDN from DDD, and I'm quite inclined on getting that. I'm not much of an extras kinda person. What sort of extras are missing in the thin pak version?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
