In your taskbar settings, make sure it's always on top.
In the classic control panel, you can find this in "Control Panel" -> "Taskbar and Start Menu" -> Check "Keep taskbar on top of other windows". Done, now whatever shit you throw at the taskbar, it'll be on top. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
