Are there gangs in your area?

In the Northwest (Oregon specifically), gangs aren't all that common. I have yet to see a gang in my city (the crime rate is really low overall).

One thing that has changed since 1998 is the school budgets have gone to hell. Luckily the Beaverton School District (which I used to go to) has no real funding problem. Funny thing is Beaverton has 80,000 people and the closest thing I see to gang activity here is graffiti on the buses coming from Portland.

You mean those 20somethings that have a modded car and a stereo you can hear from a mile away? I absolutely loathe people who drive those cars and blare their crappy taste in music.
