The original DOOM is always kick-ass (exspecially when it's The Ultimate DOOM). If you want jumping and mouselook, use ZOOMGL, it lets you run DOOM with 5.1 and widescreen. The Ulitmate DOOM Episode 4 is easily one of the best examples of great level design and a great challange (in Ultra-Violence).
