Don't mean to hijack or anything, but i've played 110 hours without beating it yet, mostly from the sidequests. honestly, i think you can spend 200+ hours on the game trying to get all the hunts, espers, weapons, armor...

Did you encounter this phantasm?? how'd ya kill the bastard?

Metal sphere: how do get that much gil? i have only 345,000 w/tons of loot, but i'm saving the loot to get the weapons/armor.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Oncde you get to Archades, there's a merchant who sells Embroidered Tippets (?). if you have the $, buy 6 for all your characters and equip them immediately!!

You still have to fight to get the exp, so it might be too boring to you. but once you head into the difficult areas (nabudis), you'll gain exp and levels in no time.
