To avoid disaster, i'll wait and buy the PS3 a few months after it's release.
I watched the whole conference yesterday and i'm pretty impressed. i think this system can revolutionize gaming and the future of home entertainment. a system that can hold and play music, send videos, download and play games all for either $499 or $599... where do i sign up?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Amen to that. you know at least it wouldn't crash on ya like a PC.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I see there's "Killzone 3". Where's Killzone 2? is that dubbed for a PS2 release?? I liked the first one, but Black was a better shooter, albeit too damn short.

I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

I agree. but it seems as if Polyphony is trying to satisfy the needs of the hardcore GT lovers until GT5 comes out in a few years.
GT is a fantastic franchise, i'm a huge fan and i'd love to buy the latest installment for the PS3, but as mentioned before for the price you have to fork over, it ain't worth it.

I was speaking idiomatically.

I honestly don't know what those are....I'd thought you'd stick your PS1/2 memory cards there?
question: i can see there'll be backwards compatability, which is nice. however, if those drives won't hold old ps1/ps2 cards, how can we (if we can at all) load old games into the PS3?

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?
