Since it has a medieval feel to it and as Acer pointed out from the animation quality it doesn't seem too recent, I'll guess Bastard! I kinda remember Yoko wearing shoes like that. Been too long to count on that memory though so whatever.

Said after 3 guesses or 24 hours. My guess is Street Fighter 2 V. The animation style is very similar. Plus, insert coin seems to be an on the dot hint if this is the show.

Was it from Witch Hunter Robin? I think I remember seeing that face in the opening. (The show I previously posted was Sousei no Aquarion, so technically Ustesar had it :P, Gave the turn away before he got it so I guess it didn't matter anyway :P)

I know that it's from the opening of a show that I've checked out recently and that's what's really bugging me. If I had my anime with me I woulda found out what it was
I'll guess that it's Magikano based on the clues. (heading back home in a few hours, if you haven't given up the answer or no one else got it, then I'll find out what it is and repost :P)
