Usually if i've already played a game with a radically different control scheme (see Resident Evil, or Metroid Prime) i can just switch mindsets and go with it. The thing that really gets me is RPGs.
Many RPGs switch the Menu/Cancel buttons between Triangle and Circle. I usually have to try each button once to pull up the menu. It's because most RPGs fall into the same "mindset" i have, and i end up forgetting about those little changes. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
