Anyone planning to pick up this game today might want to wait until Sunday. MSRP is $40, but Best Buy will have it on sale next week for $30.

Yeah, you're right, I misspoke. Still, subpoena or lawsuit, there's still plenty of lawyers' fees involved.
I agree, $40 is steep for a game. I've got a $15 gift card for Best Buy, though, so it's no big deal to me. I was going to use the 20% coupon that Toys R Us has this week, but I think I'll pick up Luminous Arc instead, since I'm in serious need of a new DS game, and I don't want to wait until Sunday.
