I bought a small clear plastic tackle box at Wal-Mart. The little compartments are the exact same size as a DS cart, and it only cost around $3. Sure, it's way too big to fit in my pocket, but it fits great in my briefcase that I take to work.
This is pretty much what it looks like:  Jam it back in, in the dark.
