I'm confused. What postage does your friend have to pay, Elixir? He already got one ink cartridge, and the seller is offering a half refund, so isn't he keeping the one cartridge he got?
As for who's at fault, I'd tend to blame your friend for not questioning the seller before purchasing. The wording is contradictory, and I would have asked for clarification before bidding. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
