I worked at Outback for several years and I learned very quickly that Outback's medium rare is everywhere else's rare. When I go to Outback I order medium rare - everywhere else I order it rare.
Also, if you're putting steak sauce on your steak you are ruining it - especially at Outback. How ya doing, buddy?  |

Sashimi is completely raw meat. I've never heard of beef sashimi, though. It's usually seafood.
