I agree that using a cellphone in public is very rude. I absolutely will not talk on mine in a restaurant, grocery store, elevator, etc., although I am guilty of talking while driving. =/ My commute to and from work is 45 minutes each way and I get a lot of business taken care of in my car that would just take time away from my work and family if I waited until I was out of the car to do it.
I personally would not be without one. Especially given the fact that I have children. You never know when you might need one. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
