It's been a few years since I've had to get up earlier than 9 on a regular basis for anything. God, I don't know what I'm going to do when that changes.
When I have to get up at 9 the next day, I'll go to bed at 3-5 AM. On weekends I'm at 4-6 AM, waking up at 2-3 PM. I don't even try to go to bed until I'm actually having trouble staying awake; at least I don't waste time trying to fall asleep (I hated that). So yeah, it takes a lot for me to change my bed time even a little. I do surprisingly well on the occasional 4 hour night, although done more than once or twice in a row and it reeeally catches up. On weekends, 8-10 hours of sleep seems very natural to me, and 11-12 hasn't been all that uncommon.
I believe some of us are addicted to the night owl way of life, and there's no going back.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
