Kinda off topic - regarding the Hall of Fame, the Rocky Mountain News has a good article about the induction of John Madden into the Hall.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Who the hell watches preseason games?

I don't see any point in watching unless you like watching 3rd and 4th stringers.

I hope Roger Goodell does a better job than Paul Tagliabue. The 49ers and Broncos cheated the salary cap during the years they won Super Bowls, and what did Tags do? Slap them on then wrist.

Yeah, same here. I enjoyed his speech. Sara White (I sniffed a few times, especially when Reggie's bust was unveiled) and Warren Moon as well. Good to hear Al Davis again! LOL! For these who missed the induction, couldn't get to see it (like me), or want to watch again, packers.com has streaming videos.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

If you read my post again, I never said he did a bad job. He did good things, such as there was no lockout and there is a balance playing field (as BucPride said), but I felt he favoured certain teams, like the 49ers and Broncos. Imagined if the Raiders or Cowboys cheated the cap?

Hey guys, wanna bet how many games the Packers will get shut out?

Out of desperation, they just signed Koren Robinson. This is looking to be a loooooooooooooooong season.

I was speaking idiomatically.

Are you retarded?

I've never really liked TJ, but kudos to him. Now, I'm waiting for him to diss Steve Young.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

The Bears have been impressive so far, but they need to prove they can win in the playoffs. Their last 2 playoff appearances have resulted in quick exits.

Yes, blame the loss on one player. That's the intelligent thing to do.

When you have a quarterback like Steve McNair, who is decent, but not amazing, you need a strong running game. We no longer have one in Jamal and if you'd been following the Ravens for the past few years, that's always been the one thing we had going for us on offense.
Maybe Jamal is no longer the RB he was? A player can lose it overnight.

I like how at halftime I thought the Bears would come back, and win. This is the Cardinals we are talking about. Too bad my prediction was correct, as I'm a Packer fan.

How long will it be before ESPN cans Joe Theismann. I'm sick of listening to him.

The problem isn't Manning. It's the D and Manning's cap busting contract. Oh wait...

I'm 7-1 in my playoffs prediction.

...not too bad.

Colts and Pats winning goes to show how close the 4 remaining AFC teams were. AFC will win the SuperBowl.

How ya doing, buddy?

I prediciting the home teams will win - I might change my mind before kickoff. I have a gut feeling the Colts will win it all because they are on a roll - similar to the Steelers last year. I hope I'm wrong because I don't like Manning (who does?).

I hope the Bears lose - 'cos I'm a Packer fan.

One of the greatest games I have ever seen. Period.

2007 AFC Championship Game. My God.
My thoughts too. WOW WOW WOW!

I thought I was gonna be so wrong for picking the Colts to win when the Pat went up 21 - 3.

As much as I don't like Manning and Polian, I want the Colt to kick da Bears' ass!

I was speaking idiomatically.
