Tampa Bay traded 4th round pick to the Pens for the rights of Malone and Roberts. If Malone signs they get a 3rd rounder instead.

Seems to me like TB is pretty dumb considering Malone wants to test out free agency no matter what.

Roberts already made it public he wasn't going to sign with Pittsburgh no matter what the offer was. So between receiving a draft pick or receiving absolutely nothing, I'd much rather have a draft pick.

If the Pens are going to shake up anything on the bench (which they should) I'm thinking it'll be Mike Yeo to go first. Pens have been 0 for the last 32 power play attempts and that just can't continue.
