Most shooters won't have custom soundtracks because the music is cued up to change at certain points for set pieces. As such, a pure multiplayer game will support it just fine but anything with a single player mode is unlikely to.
Personally, if I don't like the music in any game I just turn it off and put a cd in my hifi but that's not what you were after. Oh yeah, and the general discussion button you pressed was to tag the thread. You see how gaming threads all have an icon next to them saying 360 or PS3 or General Discussion? That was that, this thread is in the right place (But I retagged it to Help).  Jam it back in, in the dark.

You're playing too many PC shooters then. All the recent console ones I've played have dynamic music changes in them. I guess if you were playing on console though you wouldn't have a problem as you could just listen to music on your PC...
