Xbox live racism

I use the report function and report people for racism when I hear them being racist. Not because I'm offended but because I'm a spiteful arse and I hate the fact that the majority of kids these days are too stupid to come up with a better insult than fag or nigger.

Further to that point, if you're playing games where teamwork and communication are important, just friend-request anyone who is playing the way you like and form a party with them. Once you've got a group of like-minded people together you can just mute everyone else.
