Oh hay guyz, no need to limit this to rpgs, especially as the opening poster didn't specifically mention tem in his post. Off to the main forum we go!

My favourite game of all time is probably Elite. I played the original on the BBC for months and months, likewise the awesome remake on the Acorn A3000. For what is essentially an incredibly simple game, it's mind-blowingly addictive and getting the kills you needed to hit Elite status took a fucking age. God damn I wish someone would make a decent MMO version of the game.

My favourite character of all time? Hmm, there's so many it's hard to pick just one. I'd probably have to say Siegfried from Soul Blade. He casually throws around a massive sword one handed, looks a bit like Axel Rose in his long hair outfit and he brutally killed his own family in a fit of madness. Also, he's German yet speaks with a comedically high pitched American accent. Awesome.

Although thinking about it, I did play an awful lot of Monopoly at university...
