Yeesh, for me the less voice acting there is the better. Obviously no company is ever going to bother re-dubbing a game from the US version for the European game and the vast majority of Japanese games use either American voices or American actors doing shoddy English accents which just doesn't sit right for me, given that my internal voice when reading all the ready bits is doing so with an English accent. Also, the slight differences between American and English pronounciation of certain words can be really grating. I actually wish more games had the option to turn off voice acting in the same way they have the option to turn on subtitles.
