The 30 seconds between posts is really annoying at the best of times (What? I type fast) but now it seems the thingy that enforces it is breaking the internet. Twice this evening I've posted a reply too quickly and received this for my troubles:

Well use the Testing forum like everyone else and stop freaking me out.

Also, please shorten the time limit to 15 seconds or something. Plllllleeeeeeeeeaaaaaasssseeeee *Bambi eyes*

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
