It's nice to know that Russia has such little control over it's military that there's a real possibility this was perpetuated by a rogue military unit. I mean, hazing the new recruits and getting a little violent with the Iraqis is one thing but launching airstrikes with laser guided bombs is a whole different level of rogueishness.
