I work full-time, 37.5 hours a week. I also do a fairly pointless 3 hours or so in the pub but that's hardly working.
40 hours seems long for a full time working week, are you including lunchbreaks in that? The EU working time directive makes it illegal for anyone over here to do more than 45 hours in a week unless you opt out of it first. My mate who's head chef in a resaurant often does 100+ hour weeks but then he also gets paid a fuckign fortune. Jam it back in, in the dark.   |
