Thats kinda weird. I went into the exp with 140g on my character. After reaching level 70 with quests and not using the AH to sell anything the whole time, I still had 1600g after buying my training and mount.
Getting attuned isnt too much work. Its part of the game, you're supposed to be having fun doing stuff like that, and if you arent, why are you playing? O_o

Worse than the murmur fight? =( Maybe its just me but I love all the boss fights in shadowlabs, I just dislike the trash pulls. Maybe its because Im a rogue, I find murmur to be pretty fun.

There are some quests, mainly in shadowmoon, that give you 25g and quest chains that can get you 100g or more. Making money really isnt hard in BC, not to mention questing to get money is a lot more fun than farming.

I USED to hate the shadowlabs, but then I came back to it with Kara gear and my sweet sweet Dirge to get the heroic key. Thats when it got fun again =P

Mind you even with druid's travel form they still needed to buy both mounts because the speed still didnt cut it. So the flying forms are more of their turn at free mounts.

I only ever played because of friends. I play with my girlfriend, roommates, friends from school and online friends. Thats how its always been and I'm still having a blast doing it. I dont care how badly classes get fucked up aslong as I have friends to play with I wont even notice the changes....and I'd have to say that I really havent.

Considering all this stuff comes from the black temple, I'd assume its all ment to be demonic artifacts. Everything has a demonic touch to it. Even the priest shoulders which are blindfolded faces chained down through the mouth.

Illidan isnt really much of a nightelf anymore. He's more demon than anything else. Prince Kael is rather large aswell. I guess thats because in WoW larger means more powerful. Also if an entire raid is fighting him you'd probably want something a little bit bigger than a player so you can actually see what you're attacking.

If you think back to most of the epic dungeon sets they've all been styled after the theme of the dungeon they came from. Tier 1didnt follow this two well although you could argue its meant to look like dark iron dwarves made it BWL everything looked like it was made from different types of dragons for the most part. AQ made from insect carapace(thus the fruity colors) and Naxx looked like it was crafted for an undead army. Every tier in outland looks somewhat demonic.

I'm hoping they'll open the battleground in Azshara's forlorn ridge...Azshara crater or whatever its called.

I read in some magazine interview that they were going to open up Grim Batol sooner than later. I hope that will be in this expansion. Or perhaps Uldum since they mentioned the creation of the dwarves on the exp site.

Sounds like the same narrator as the cinematic race intros. This ones pretty different from Wow and BC's intros but still very cool.

God I love the music in Northrend, especially Icecrown. Makes shadowmoon valley look like a dairy queen.

There's an entire city of NE mages in Dire Maul. The Wildhammer clan of dwarfs practice shamanism and trolls have no problems turning into animals by worshiping primal Loa spirits. Those could be possible.

Things that really dont seem right:

Undead hunter? There's the blightcaller in EPL, he is basically an undead hunter but he has blighted hounds or something. I just dont see how undead can have a connection to animals and nature/living things. Unless they can only tame undead beasts, which would be kinda cool...maybe.
Human hunters. Blizzard said humans never had the connection and understanding of nature that is needed to be a hunter like the other races. But there are lots of human hunter NPCs.
Tauren Paladin seems a bit strange...

It is shit like this that I quit so long ago. going from 5800 to 34k? how much more casual are they going to make this game ffs. on top of that it is now a heal over time, yes it will still be removed when you get hit, but you dont have to do the math to see the overpowered use that can have in arena if you are a rogue or standing out of line of sight.

The developers have been making so many stupid decisions since the end of TBC it is unfucking believable. Badge of triumph from heroics? Tier 9 from heroics? and I read the thing about next expansion 10 man and 25 man having the same loot table, wow thats just ridiculous. They arent even hiding the fact that they are catering to the casuals who play this game 3 hours a week anymore. It can make me so angry!

I for one like the loot change for 10 man. Now me and my closest friends wont feel obligated to run a 25 man guild(Drama, constant quitters, new recruits all the time, gearing new people, teaching new people)to get all the best loot and achievements. Just have our drunken 10 man challenge/fun without worrying about the other 15 people we don't know as well.

The health has doubled every expansion hasn't it? I don't know if it makes it more casual since it's all relative. What I do know is it makes soloing old content very possible and fun. The new bandages seem perfect for raiding since they are currently nearly pointless. But definitely overpowered for pvp. 34,800 healed probably means 70k - 100k health pool.

Beta has started since the last post made. With this patch, they introduced the new zone music. With every zone getting updated and unique music. Here's just a few.
