PS2 are notorious for having the lenses go to crap. Your options are to find someone who has experience with this issue and replace it, or find a way to trick Sony into believing that you have a valid warranty on your hardware.
So pretty much, you're screwed and what most people end up doing is buying a new one. See if you can raise some money if you promise to destroy it in a creative way. Jam it back in, in the dark.
