GMR would be the abbreviated version of Game Music Revolution. The name belongs to a popular database site that lists a large amount of information on VGM soundtracks (such as tracklistings, artists, etc). With a simple search function, it's one of the most accessible databases around..
Chudah's Corner is similar, if you've ever been there. I'd also be in favor of a GMR style website for gamerips (with the safety precautions that Kaleb mentioned, of course). I wouldn't say that I could help with it though, due to my uncomitted nature. Other ideas seem to escape me at the moment, but I'll post stuff later on if I can think of something.
