Heater, and microwave. Eating and being warm are way more important than being on the internet for four days. 40 doesn't seem cold, but try sleeping in it. You'll freeze. Especially if you're wearing a t-shirt and shorts or something. Why do you need to communicate with anyone if you only have to last 4 days? It'll be boring, sure, but...
