I use caps lock depending on the font. Comic Sans MS (and most comic looking fonts) look best in all caps.
I only use the left shift key. Dunno why. No love for the right one. If I've been Photoshopping for a long time, I tend to forget and try to use some of the same shortcuts in IE. Mostly I end up trying to hold dow the spacebar, click, and drag to scroll. Jam it back in, in the dark.
