I've heard of something similar, but instead of a "good night's sleep" it was more of a "deep sleep". The majority of the time, I do not drool in my sleep. However, when I get extremely tired during the day and take a nap, I normally end up drooling a little. Not enough to get soaked, but enough for it to reach my hair.
